Claims:
Hyperpigmentation care toner infused with vitamin C, niacinamide (vitamin B2) and vitamin E visibly reduces the appearance of uneven skin tone and bright skin for a healthy radiance.

Key Ingredients:
✅Vitamin C, It has whitening functional ingredients, and when absorbed into the skin, accelerates collagen production and is excellent at wrinkles improvement due to outstanding antioxidant effect.
✅Vitamin A, It has the antioxidant effect which protects the health of the skin by preventing skin's keratinization.
✅Vitamin E, This vitamin protects the skin from ultraviolet rays. It prevents skin aging, gives skin elasticity, prevents moisture evaporation and keeps the skin moisturized.
✅Niacinamide, This regulates sebum production while controlling pigmentation, strengthening skin barriers, and replenishes moisture.

My Verdict:
This toner comes with a simple packaging made of clear plastic bottles that are sturdy with a screw cover, there is a white protective inside that looks very hygienic. The volume of 150 ml is equipped with a complete product description box. The texture is watery and the smell is soft it can hardly smell anything. For almost 3 weeks using this toner, I like the performance of this toner, it quickly permeates the skin and leaves no stickiness or any residue. My skin looks very smooth after using this toner, and because hyperpigmentation is not a concern of my skin, I only found my skin so moist, and even though it contained alcohol, there was no dryness effect that I felt. There is no bad effect on the skin and as I mentioned before, lately I feel my skin becoming brighter one level because I also use quite a number of skin care products that function to brighten, but I'm sure this toner is also an important role in my skincare routine. Overall I like this toner and this is also one of my favorite toners this month.
